Shipping & Returns Policy
Our returns policy is designed to be as fair as possible. If you are not happy with your item(s) you can return them for a full refund or exchange them for another item. To take advantage of this you need to let us know within 7 days of receiving the jewellery, please inform us by email at email@example.com stating 'Order Cancellation' Cancelled orders will be refunded in full, this does not include any shipping costs incurred returning the jewellery. If you are requesting a full refund we request that you make sufficient provision for the item to be received in saleable condition with the presentation box. If this is not the case we will deduct sufficient costs to cover our expenses. Responsibility for packaging and sending lies with the sender. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returned earrings unless they are faulty.
